The Watermark difference

Watermark Properties believes that the true measure of any company's worth is in the ways they willfully invest in people.

Our business model may dictate how we best serve our investors and our partners, but it is our hearts that compel us to actively seek and serve the under-privileged and disenfranchised in the communities in which we operate. Whether it's setting aside profit to create inner-city scholarship funds, or sending individuals abroad to serve 3rd world countries, Watermark will always remain committed to their greatest calling; serving people.

Chicago Hope Academy

Since 2013, Watermark Properties have been proud partners of the Chicago Hope Academy, a private, preparatory high school on Chicago's near west side. Every year, a portion of our profit is allocated to the Watermark Scholarship Fund, a financial aid program aimed at offsetting costs for prospective students of Chicago Hope Academy.

Watermark Without Borders

Prioritizing relationships above transactions isn't a forced corporate agenda, rather, it's the beautiful byproduct of having a team of individuals who genuinely care about their neighbors. Whether it's across the street or on the other side of the world, everyone at Watermark is passionate about giving back.

Just this past year, Watermark has sent team-members to Cuba and South Africa, with future plans to send out and serve other communities both near and far.
