Eric Co-founded in 2013. Prior to Watermark, Eric worked in construction project management spending significant time with San Diego based RQ Construction and Minnesota Gridor Construction.
Eric focuses his attention on Watermark acquisitions and development. Over the last decade he has become an expert in construction and creating the strategic framework for how Watermark approaches projects. He thrives in tactical asset positioning throughout all project phases, from concept to completion. His inspiration is his passion to build - which has served him quite well.
Eric received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College. He is married to Michelle, who have two children Todd and Cameron. Eric has an interest in spending time with family and outdoor activities.

Freddy is a Co-founder of Watermark, what started as a non-profit fund to sponsor an inner city school quickly became a thriving business as he discovered he had a lot to contribute to real estate.
Freddy specializes in acquisition and design. He has a real knack for finding properties with incredible possibilities and working with stakeholders to make it a reality.
Freddy graduated from Wheaton College with a business/economics degree. When he is not building exquisite structures, Freddy enjoys an active lifestyle full of many outdoor hobbies and crossfit.

Growing up in Chicago's west suburbs, Mike received his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Wheaton College in 2010.
Prior to joining Watermark Properties, Mike lived in St. Louis, MO working with a community development non-profit, Rebirth East St. Louis (now R3 Development), as well as teaching business and economics at Westminster Christian Academy. While in St. Louis, Mike also obtained a graduate degree in theological studies.
Mike is married to his wife, Ally, and enjoys being outside, participating in anything active, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

One of the longest serving project managers at Watermark Properties, Brett joined the team in May of 2014. Before joining Watermark, Brett worked with Creator’s Construction in their remodeling division.
As project manager, Brett oversees each residential remodel and new construction project that Watermark acquires. He loves being a part of a team that purposes to leave neighborhoods better than they were when found.
Brett received his undergraduate degree from Taylor University. Brett resides in Aurora, IL with his wife and enjoys family time, playing golf, and fishing.

Luke Sahly joined the Watermark team in May 2016 as a Summer Intern when he was introduced to the rigors of project management life. During his internship, his hunger, passion and professionalism was clearly evidenced in the impressive quality of the developments he completed, and upon graduation from Wheaton College in December 2017, joined Watermark Properties full time.
Before Watermark, Luke worked with the "Ross K. MacNeill Foundation" where he focused on their branding and fundraising event coordination. In his free time, he enjoys live music, any activities outdoors, and time spent with friends and family.
Jessie joined the Watermark team in August 2018 after a successful tenure at Virginia-based Smithfield Foods. Working closely with inventory reconciliation as an associate accountant at her previous position, she brings passion, experience and attention to detail to Watermark’s finance department, assisting in the oversight and execution of project-specific and company-wide financial/operational responsibilities.
Jessie attended Liberty University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. When she’s not at the office, Jessie is pursuing her goal of becoming a CPA and enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

Receiving an undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in 2009, Michelle has been dedicated to Watermark since it’s inception, being a 2013 Co-founder. She now primatily works in design development leading the majority of the DreamHome projects. Michelle commits herself to her clients and projects with special interest to deliver what we call the 'waterMARK'. In what is often an overwhelming and stressful process to most, she has a proven record of satisfied clients and can be trusted to imagine, listen and deliver Watermark's quality product to buyers.
In her free time, Michelle spends her free time coaching track athletes at Wheaton College and spending time with Eric and two children; Todd and Cameron.

Before joining Watermark in 2017, Kim spent several years as a Large Business Account Manager in the telecommunications industry, overseeing new construction and relocation projects for her company’s largest customers. Understanding the importance of protecting investors’ capital and adopting such mantras as “every dollar we save in the field is a dollar earned,” Kim has found continual success overseeing construction projects in her 10+ years experience.
Kim attended the University of Kentucky, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Journalism. As a Colorado native, she enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time. Now residing in Keller, Texas, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Before joining Watermark in 2017, Clint received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Communication from Texas Christian University. Soon after graduation, his ambitious personality and penchant for the built environment became catalysts for his success, launching him into various opportunities in and across the built environment. After 4 years of residential/commercial construction, Clint transitioned from new construction to real estate. Now with Watermark, Clint is leveraging his experience and passion to oversee projects in Texas and the Southwest region of the United States.

Soon after graduating from the University School of Physical Education in Krakow, Poland, Michal started his career in residential construction, subsequently amassing over 15 years of experience between field operations and management throughout the Chicagoland area. Beginning his career as a roof framer in 2001, Michal honed his craft across several trades, eventually becoming an owner of his own business in 2006. Before joining Watermark, Michal was successfully running MKW Construction, a nearby and residential general contracting business that had previously performed work for Watermark. Seeing an opportunity to join our growing team, Michal became a member of Watermark Equity Group in April 2018.

Cory joined Watermark in May 2018. After accumulating several degrees over his 20+ years in construction, Cory has been certified by Minnesota as a general contractor, geothermal installer, small wind turbine installer, and residential energy auditor, to name a few. Cory began his career in the corporate offices of Polaris Industries, overseeing operations in various departments including accounts payable, inventory control, price analysis and product lines. After nearly 15 successful years at Polaris, Cory decided to switch over to construction full-time, most recently running his own business at Cory Hausladen Properties in Howard Lake, Minnesota. Cory joins the Watermark team at the Mills Creek development, providing day-to-day on-site project management.

Griffin Bowes studies Business Economics at Wheaton College, and joined the Watermark team in April 2018 as a Finance Intern. Throughout his time at Watermark, he has been a tremendous resource to the team, carrying a posture of learning and a desire to add value to our vision.

Originally from Delano, Minnesota, Derek attended Florida Atlantic University where he successfully pursued academics and athletics; earning a bachelors in Sociology and competing in Division I football. Upon graduation in 2015, Derek moved back to the Midwest to begin work as an Inside Sales Representative and Team Lead for one of the nation's largest metal fabricator/distributor. In Summer 2018, Derek joined Watermark to support and oversee operations at the Mills Creek Development.

A Wheaton native, Maggie graduated from Wheaton College in 2018 with an undergraduate degree in Business Economics. Maggie joined the Watermark team in 2019 where she now serves company operations through her role in human resources, project support, and office administrative responsibilities.
Outside of her job, Maggie enjoys filling her time traveling, leading Younglife and spending time with friends.
Born and raised in Wheaton, Ken joined the Watermark team in 2019. Prior to Watermark, Ken began his construction career as a Carpenter for 15 years. Ken later transitioned to his role as a Commercial Superintendent at Gladstone Builders before being promoted to Senior Construction Superintendent, which he managed for 12 years. Ken joins the Watermark team at the Elevation Lofts development, managing construction teams, overseeing coordination for on-site work and ensuring successful and quality project execution.
When he’s not on the job site, Ken enjoys being outdoors, fishing, shooting and hiking. He appreciates spending time with his family and dogs.
Mandy was born and raised in Howard Lake, Minnesota. She spent 20 years, gaining expertise in construction and real estate working for her family’s construction business. Mandy joins the Watermark Team at the Mills Creek Development where she utilizes her passion for value and design into creating cost-efficient properties that stand out among the rest.
When she’s not on the job site, Mandy spends her time attending her kid’s sporting events, traveling and re-purposing antique items.

Dallas found his passion for construction early on as he grew up working on farms in Minnesota. Dallas has gained tremendous experience in the construction industry, having worked in almost every field of general construction. His background includes land clearing, framing, roofing, insulating, excavating, road construction, and his time as a boom truck driver. Dallas spent 16 years in his role as a Asphalt Paver Operator before joining the Watermark Team.
Dallas has leveraged his experience to execute all aspects of his position as a Field Engineer with efficiency, dependability, safety and knowledge. He is driven to lead well and build strong relationships with contractors and coworkers.
Dallas resides in South Haven, MN with his wife and eight children. In his free time, Dallas enjoys fishing, hunting, home improvement activities and supporting his children in their extracurricular activities.
